You notice Kane Vincent’s soulful, engaging, voice first. Then the catchy tunes settle into that place in your mind where you just can’t shake them loose. Finally, this accidental country artist’s stories of love, acceptance and hope weave their way into your consciousness.
Born and raised in Echuca, Victoria, Kane spent his formative teens living in the USA. Picking a guitar class in high school was just for the easy pass at the time…
Fast forward through 25 years of playing guitar and singing at home, Kane gave up his “day job” to pursue music in 2017, quickly establishing himself as a cover artist with a bit of a difference.
Kane Vincent’s loveable spirit, impressive song writing, and vocals won him the 2019 Bruthen Blues and Arts Festival’s Jam Night, which was the catalyst to launch him into writing and performing more original works. He's since released his debut EP I Don’t Think So in 2020, just as the music industry came to a screaming halt. Then using covid lockdowns as an opportunity for growth, released the follow up Minute to Midnight in 2022
Kane’s name has started appearing on festival line-ups, including this year's Tamworth Country Music Festival, Goulburn Valley Country Music Festival, Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival, Newstead Live and Bruthen Blues and Arts making 2022 a big and memorable year!
